177sp Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 177sp website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform immediately.

177sp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Users are encouraged to review these terms periodically. 2. Eligibility

• You are not acting on behalf of any other person or organisation, and you are not acting in a professional capacity as a gambler.
• You have not been self-excluded from 177sp or any other gambling platform, and you are not aware of any legal restriction in your jurisdiction that would prohibit your participation.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of 177sp products, you must register an account. Each user may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held within them.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account and must keep this information updated throughout your relationship with 177sp. Providing false or misleading registration information is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Password and Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 177sp login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. 177sp will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You should:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
• Contact 177sp support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 177sp platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 177sp supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

Deposits

Deposits are credited to your 177sp account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 177sp does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are communicated within the cashier section of the platform. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. 177sp reserves the right to request verification documents before processing a deposit.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible. 177sp processes withdrawal requests promptly, though the time for funds to appear in your wallet or account may vary depending on your payment provider. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal is processed. Verification may require submission of identity or payment documents.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account balance contains funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement that has not yet been met.
• 177sp reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above specified threshold amounts.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

177sp may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any specific conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and a promotion-specific condition, the promotion-specific condition shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified for that bonus. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the applicable period will result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being removed from the account.

Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on the 177sp platform unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are issued to individual accounts and may not be transferred or shared between accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household IP address, and per payment method. Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploiting bonus mechanics — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino bets, and other wagers placed on the 177sp platform are governed by these Terms & Conditions and by the specific rules applicable to each product category. By placing a wager, you accept the applicable odds, stake limits, and market rules in effect at the time the bet is placed.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

177sp reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where a technical error has affected the odds or where suspicious betting patterns have been identified. Bets will be settled based on the official result of the event as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute over a result, 177sp's decision shall be final.

In-Play Betting

In-play betting (live betting) is available on selected markets. Odds for in-play markets are subject to rapid change, and bets may be suspended or restricted at any time during a live event. 177sp accepts no liability for any perceived delay between live event developments and the platform's in-play odds update.

7. Responsible Gaming

177sp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We believe that gambling should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a source of financial distress or personal harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to cap their spending on the platform.
• Session limits: players may set a time limit on individual playing sessions after which the session will be automatically closed.
• Cooling-off periods: players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a specified period (24 hours to 30 days) during which no deposits or wagers can be placed.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, payment systems, or bonus structures for financial gain.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.

177sp actively monitors the platform for prohibited activity using a combination of automated detection systems and manual review. Where prohibited activity is detected or reasonably suspected, 177sp reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, temporary or permanent account suspension and the recovery of any funds obtained through prohibited means.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 177sp platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of 177sp or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or otherwise make use of any content from the 177sp platform without prior written permission from 177sp. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 177sp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This limitation applies regardless of whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis.

177sp does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 177sp accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues that are beyond its reasonable control.

11. Privacy

177sp collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account on the 177sp platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12. Amendments to These Terms

177sp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised terms will become effective immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the 177sp platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose under the previous version of these terms.
